Patient Data is spread across many source systems, causing inconsistent view of the patient at the enterprise level. This leads to sub-optimal patient care across the life cycle. Objective of this project is to enable Common Definition and understanding of a Patient across the entire organisation to provide better patient care.

Designed, Developed and Deployed MDM solution for Patient Master, Followed by Location Master. Solution captured master attributes from 4 different source systems, deduplicated patient and location entities across all attributes with sophisticated match/merge algorithms. It also provides governance mechanism to manage these master entities at the organisation level centrally and search facility enables entire history of any changes to various attributes of a given patient or location
